To qualify for tax free deliveries in France the following MUST apply:

• The vessel must be commercially registered.
• The charter cannot be a static charter.
• The quantity of goods purchased has to be reasonable for the duration of the charter and the number of guests.

There will be customs agent fees of at least 130 euros. The fee is calculated on the value of the order.

Tax Free Deliveries can only be made during Customs office hours (Monday - Friday 9.00-12.00 & 14.00-17.00).

Customs have the right to board the vessel at any time to inspect Tax Free deliveries - and often do.

There are serious consequences for false declarations.
